Returns, Refunds & Subscription Policy

1. Returns for One-Time Purchases

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible one-time purchases. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@gutsupp.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including food and supplements once opened)

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


5. Subscription & Recurring Billing Terms

Some of our products are offered as subscriptions, meaning you are charged automatically on a recurring basis (for example, monthly), at the price and frequency clearly shown at checkout.

Your Consent

By completing a subscription purchase, you explicitly agree to:

  • The recurring charge amount

  • The billing frequency

  • Automatic renewal until cancellation

You must actively confirm this agreement during checkout before payment is processed.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • By emailing hello@gutsupp.com, or

  • By using your customer account portal (if applicable)

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle.


6. Returns & Refunds for Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders already processed or shipped are non-refundable

  • Cancellation stops future charges only

  • Opened or used subscription items are not eligible for return

If a subscription product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right does not apply to opened perishable goods or supplements.


8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing occurs within 10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
